Cascara makes high-quality apartment living more attainable. We proudly offer a select number of income-qualified apartment homes. These are available through the City of Seattle’s MFTE program.
MFTE Application Process
To qualify for these programs, your household must meet specified income criteria. This varies based on household size and the desired number of bedrooms.
After completing Thrive's standard application and screening process, the Cascara team will certify that your household income is eligible for the program associated with the home you've selected. If approved, your income-qualified rent will be capped at a maximum amount for the length of your lease term.

65% of AMI for studio and open one-bedroom apartments:
- 71,500 for one person
- 81,705 for two people
75% of AMI for one-bedroom apartments:
- 82,500 for one person
- 94,275 for two people
- 106,050 for three people
80% of AMI for two-bedroom apartments:
- 100,560 for two people
- 113,120 for three people
- 125,680 for four people
- 135,760 for five people
