Yes! Cascara offers convenient access to Seattle's public transportation network, including nearby bus routes and the Capitol Hill Link Light Rail Station. Whether you're commuting downtown, heading to the University District, or exploring the city, getting around is simple without relying on a car. 

Living at Cascara places you near some of Seattle's most popular destinations, including Capitol Hill's dining and nightlife scene, Cal Anderson Park, Volunteer Park, First Hill medical centers, local coffee shops, boutiques, and entertainment venues. You can schedule an in-person or virtual tour directly through the Cascara website. Once you've found the right floor plan, simply submit an online application to begin the leasing process!

Cascara participates in Seattle's Multifamily Tax Exemption (MFTE) program and offers a selection of income-qualified apartment homes. Eligibility is based on household size and annual income limits established by the City of Seattle. Cascara offers a variety of thoughtfully designed studio, open one-bedroom, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartment homes, including select income-qualified floor plans through the MFTE program. Homes are designed to maximize natural light, functionality, and comfort.
